          Cosmas Batubara (19 September 1938 – 8 Agustus 2019) adalah seorang politikus Indonesia. Pada tahun 1963, ia adalah Ketua Presidium Pengurus Pusat Perhimpunan Mahasiswa Katolik Republik Indonesia (PMKRI) dan pendiri Kesatuan Aksi Mahasiswa Indonesia (KAMI) pada bulan Oktober 1965, dan menjadi ketuanya.[1] Sebagai Ketua PMKRI, ia mendukung pembubaran Partai Komunis Indonesia.[2]

          Ia pernah menjabat Menteri Muda Urusan Perumahan Rakyat, Menteri Negara Perumahan Rakyat dan Menteri Tenaga Kerja, ketiganya dalam masa pemerintahan presiden Soeharto.
